Isekai Maou to Sumo Shoujo no Slave Majutsu" is a light novel written by Yukiya Murasaki and illustrated by Takahiro Tsurusaki. It is a popular work that has been published by Kodansha Ranobe Bunko (Kodansha) since December 2014, and a comic book version by Naokano Fukuda is also distributed on Nico Nico Seiga's "Wednesday Sirius.

The title of the second TV anime season that has recently been decided to be produced is "Isekai Maou to Shoukaku Shoujo no Doreimajutsu Omega" (異世界魔王と召喚少女の奴隷魔術Ω). Kazuyuki Fudeyasu continues as series composition and Shizue Kaneko as character design, and Satoshi Kuwabara is the new director. Tezuka Productions and Okuto Noboru will be in charge of animation production.
