The TV anime "Honkaku no Gekkoukoujo: To Become a Librarian, You Can't Choose Your Own Means" is based on a light novel by Kouzuki Miya, currently being published by TO Books. The first part of the anime was aired for 14 episodes in a single season starting October 2, 2019, and gained popularity. Part 2 is the continuation of the series and has been broadcast since episode 15.
