Celebrating the 7th anniversary of the Logitech G gaming brand! eSports Fan Event to be held online on April 15!

Logitech will celebrate the 7th anniversary of its Logitech G gaming brand with a live-streaming event on YouTube, "Logitech G 7th Anniversary Event - G's Family Festival," on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 The event will be held from 8:00 p.m.

Since the launch of the Logitech G gaming brand for PCs on April 18, 2013, Logitech has been holding anniversary events for the brand at the Logitech Conference Room with only a few interested parties in attendance. For 2020, however, the company decided to open the event to the public in order to "express our gratitude by interacting with gamers and fans" and "to enjoy games together with as many people as possible.

In light of the difficulty of gathering a large number of people in one venue, and in keeping with the worldwide slogan "Play at Home," the event will be held online on the official Logitech G YouTube channel.

The event will be moderated by Mr. Taiga Kishi, who has been involved with the Logitech G brand since its early days as a brand ambassador.

The event will feature Genshiro Date, Logitech's gaming product manager, e-sports players, streamers, Logitech G authorized supporters, and others, and will be enlivened by quizzes and games.

In addition, there will be a Twitter campaign that will allow viewers to participate in the event online as well. During the event streaming, tweet your quiz answers and other information with the hashtag, and you will be entered into a drawing for prizes.

I have been involved in this project since its launch seven years ago. As a brand ambassador, I have been working to enjoy a variety of gaming devices that are superior through science to deliver victory to gamers, as the phrase "Science Wins" suggests, and I hope to convey the advantages of these devices to as many people as possible.
