The number of downloads of the smartphone RPG "Monster Hunter Riders" exceeds 5 million! Commemorative gacha & campaign is now underway!

Capcom is currently holding a gacha and campaign to celebrate the 5 millionth download of the company's smartphone RPG "Monster Hunter Riders".

This title is a smartphone app version of the popular hunting action "Monster Hunter" ("MonHun") series, which has sold more than 60 million copies in total. The game is set on the continent of Fergia, where humans and monsters coexist in harmony, and players will be able to challenge various quests by combining familiar "MonHun" monsters such as Rio Reus and Zynoga with "Riders," a group of unique characters. The total number of downloads exceeded 5 million today, Wednesday, April 15, 2020.

To commemorate this milestone, "Monster Hunter Riders" is giving away multiple items, including "orbs" to all players. In addition, the "5 million downloads commemorative STEP Up Gacha," in which players have a chance to obtain gorgeous rewards for each step they take, and the "5 million downloads commemorative campaign," in which 100,000 "orbs" will be given away to 50 people by lottery, are currently being held.
