The first DLC for PS4's CONTROL, "THE FOUNDATION," will be available on April 30.

Marvelous will begin distributing "THE FOUNDATION," the first DLC for the company's action-adventure game "CONTROL" ("Control") for PS4 on April 30, 2020. The price will be 1,500 yen (excluding tax).

Control" is a third-person action adventure from Remedy Entertainment, developer of "Alan Wake" and "Quantum Break," in which players fight using their psychic powers. Jesse Fayden, the protagonist, infiltrates a classified agency in New York City that has been invaded by an otherworldly threat as an agent. In order to discover his past, he uses his supernatural powers in a battlefield that changes in various ways to take on an unpredictable world.

The story of the DLC "THE FOUNDATION" begins when the Astral Plane, a world in another dimension, suddenly begins to invade Aldest House. Jesse must confront this new threat in order to prevent the collapse of the Federal Operations Agency due to the erosion.

In addition to a new storyline, this DLC also adds new side missions and super powers. The additional story in the DLC can be played after clearing the main game.
