The manga is a near-future erotic suspense manga by LINK (original story) and Kotaro Yoino (manga) serialized in "Shonen Jump +". The comic is currently in its 11th volume and has sold more than 5 million copies.

The story takes place in a world where only five men and five billion women live. It is a near-future erotic suspense work that depicts the life of the main character, a young man, in a world where men have died out and only women exist.
