Marupi Shoten has started accepting reservations for the "Jumbo Soft Vinyl Figure Ideon 40th Anniversary Metallic Version" (60,500 yen including tax, shipping and handling charges not included).

Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the TV animation "Densetsu Kyojin Ideon" broadcast in 1980, a commemorative version with metallic paint job is now available!

The giant humanoid robot "Ideon," which stands 105 meters tall, will be sculpted into a powerful 1/144 scale equivalent of approximately 73 cm in height and over 3 kg in weight.

Additional molding based on the original design interpretation based on the setting drawings of the time is done using digital modeling technology, and the strength and detail of the threading has been increased.

The coloring of the 40th anniversary metallic version is based on the metallic painted body, which is reminiscent of the mechanical image of the time, and each part has been carefully painted to faithfully reproduce the image of the work.

The figure is a gem that offers a nostalgic and nostalgic atmosphere unique to soft vinyl, despite its state-of-the-art modeling.

A 40th anniversary commemorative plate is included for display purposes.

The product is scheduled to be delivered in August 2020. Reservations will be accepted until May 31, 2020 at 11:00 p.m., but please be sure to make your reservations as early as possible, as they may be terminated when the number reaches the reserve level.
