PS4 "Predator Hunting Grounds" will receive its first free update and DLC on May 27!

Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that the first free update and downloadable content for the PlayStation 4 software "Predator: Hunting Grounds," released on April 24, 2020, will be available on May 27, 2020 ( Predator: Hunting Grounds" for PlayStation 4 on May 27, 2020 (Wednesday).

Predator: Hunting Grounds" is an immersive online asymmetrical multiplayer action/shooter. In the world of "Predator," the battle between the Predator and humanity unfolds in the depths of the jungle.

Players can play as a member of the Fireteam, an elite four-person team, or they can play as the Predator. When playing as the Fireteam, players must complete their assigned military mission before the Predator takes them down, and escape safely to win the game. If you play as the Predator, you win by hunting down the Fireteam.

This free update will add a collection of tapes that summarize the journey of Dutch, the main character played by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the movie "Predator" (1987), since he escaped by helicopter at the end of the movie. The tapes can be acquired by leveling up in the game. As in the movie, the Japanese dubbing for Dutch will be performed by Tetsuaki Genda.

In addition, if you purchase the downloadable content to be released on the same day, you will be able to use Dutch, who escaped in the movie "Predator" and survived to the present day, as a player character, as well as the QR5 "Hammerhead" rifle and Dutch's Early access to the "QR5 "Hammerhead" Rifle" and "Dutch's Knife" (available to all players free of charge from the end of June) will also be available.

Free updates and paid downloadable content will be available for this title over the next few months, introducing new weapons and game modes.
