Paper Mario Origami King" for Nintendo Switch will be released on Friday, July 17, 2020. It will be priced at 5,980 yen (excluding tax).

Paper Mario Origami King" is the latest title in the "Paper Mario" action-adventure series, in which Mario adventures in a paper craft-like world, and will be available for pre-order starting May 14 at game retailers nationwide, online stores, and My Nintendo Store. The story of this title
Mario is invited to a festival by Princess Peach. However, what awaits him at the castle is Princess Peach, who has been transformed into an Orygami, and King Ollie, an Orygami.

King Ollie folds up Kinopio and the other "Perapera" and declares that he will transform the entire world into Olligami, and carries Princess Peach and the castle away to a distant mountain. Mario travels around the world with Olivia, the sister of King Ollie, and sometimes cooperates with Bowser's army of "Pera Pera," in their quest to reach Peach Castle to stop King Ollie's ambitions.

Riddle-solving action with "Kami no Te" (Hand of Kami)!
In this title, when you activate the mysterious magic circle with the hand symbol, a long "Kami no Te" appears. Tilt the controller up, down, left, right, and left to manipulate the "Kami no Te" to solve various puzzles.

Also, players can enjoy a new "puzzle x action" battle in which they line up enemies and attack them all at once. More details will be released at a later date.

A trailer for this title has also been released. The trailer starts from the beginning of the game, and shows Mario's activities as he defeats enemies in various stages in order to stop King Ollie's ambitions.
