Shueisha will publish "Demon Slayer: The Pathfinder of the Wind," written by Aya Yajima and based on the original story by Yoseharu Agatoge, on Friday, July 3, 2020.

Demon Slayer" is a TV anime based on the manga of the same title serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) by Yoseharu Agatoge since 2016. The sad story of a human and a demon, the ghoulish sword fights, and the sometimes comical characters are popular, and the total number of comics sold has exceeded 40 million copies.

The third book in the "Demon Slayer" series, "Demon Slayer: The Pathfinder of the Wind," will be released on Friday, July 3, 2020, by JUMPjBOOKS.

It is a collection of short stories following the first two, the focus of which is the story of the birth of the wind pillar, Saneya Fuzuregawa.
In the original story, the episode in which Saneya meets Masachika Kumeno, a member of the Onikagiri-tai, and eventually becomes a pillar appears in volume 19, but the novel describes the story in more detail.

The novel also includes the interaction between the Kasumi Pillar Tokitoru Muichiro and Kotetsu from the village of swordsmiths, the secret story of friendship between Inosuke and Kanawo, and the popular "Kimetsu Gakuen" episode.
