TV anime "Jutsu Kaisen" to start airing in October 2020! Produced by MAPPA! Junichi Suwabe plays the role of Shukuichi Tsuina! The first PV has also been released!

It has been announced that "Jujutsu Kaisen", which will be adapted into a TV anime, will start airing from October 2020 on "Super Anime-ism", a nationwide 28 station network of MBS/TBS, from 1:25 am. In addition, the production staff and the role of "Jujutsu Kaisen" have been announced, and the first PV with the latest information has been released.

Jujutsu Kaisen is a manga by Akutami Gege, serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from issue 14, 2018. The first comic volume was released in July 2018 and is currently in its 10th volume. Eugene Toraje, a high school student with exceptional physical abilities, makes it a daily routine to visit his grandfather, who is lying in bed ill. One day, the seal of a "cursed object" lying dormant at school is broken, and a monster appears. In order to save the stranded senpai, Torajo rushes into the school building, but...? A TV anime adaptation of the story has been decided.

The TV anime adaptation of "Jujutsu Kaisen" will begin airing in October 2020 on "Super Anime-ism," a 28-station MBS/TBS network, from 1:25 am.

The series will be directed by Atsushi Park, written by Koji Seko, character design by Teishi Hiramatsu, and music by Hiroaki Tsutsumi, Junmasa Terui, and Arisa Okezama, and produced by MAPPA (Zombie Land Saga and Listener).

It was also announced that Junichi Suwabe will play the role of "Ryo-men-suna," the king of curses who is counting his fingers for a complete resurrection.
