Kento Yamazaki
When the filming of "Kingdom" was finished, I felt the same way as "Nobu" did, that the story was about to begin and that there was much more to come.
The director and all the cast members had been talking about the possibility of making a sequel, so I am very happy that a sequel has been decided.
As with the previous film, Mr. Hara was involved in writing the script for this one as well, so as a Kingdom fan and an actor involved in the film, I am really excited about the script, and it is a passionate script that does not betray my expectations.
In this film, the story of "Nobu" will finally unfold as he goes into battle.
The cast and crew will do their best to make the film even more interesting than the previous one, so please look forward to its completion!

Ryo Yoshizawa
Playing "Masashi" in the movie "Kingdom" was a turning point in my life as an actor.
The cast and crew had been talking about the possibility of doing a sequel to the previous movie since the shooting of the first movie, so when the decision was made and I got the script, I was very happy to know that it had really come true. So when the decision was made to produce a sequel and I held the script in my hands, I was happy that it had really come true.
With Mr. Hara again being involved in the script, the story is really interesting, hot, and spectacular without destroying the world view of the original work.
We, the actors, are really looking forward to seeing how we can deliver this work as a visual image and are very excited.
All of us in the cast and crew are determined to make this the best work possible, beyond your expectations, so please look forward to it with great anticipation!

Yasuhisa Hara, author of the original work
We have decided to produce a sequel to the live-action "Kingdom" movie!
Thanks to the fact that more people than we could have imagined saw the previous film, it led to the sequel.
Thank you so much!
I have been involved in a long script meeting this time as well.
It is going to be a solid depiction of the very world of "See you on the battlefield," as Wang Ki told Nobu.
I am sure that you will enjoy the battlefield and drama that will remain in the history of Japanese films on a scale even greater than the previous film.
The release of the film is still some time away, but I hope you will all look forward to it.
