Square Enix will release and distribute the PS4/Switch/iOS/Android title "Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered" on Thursday, August 27, 2020 The packaged version for PS4 and Switch is available for pre-order now.

This title is a remastered version of the action RPG " Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles " released by Nintendo for the Nintendo GameCube in 2003. The game retains elements from that time, such as battles in which players act around a "crystal cage" and a "single mode" in which a support character, Mowgli, helps players in their adventures, but adds many additional elements, such as "imitation," which allows players to become the sub-characters in the story, online multiplayer, new dungeons and bosses, and more. The game is packed full of additional elements, including new dungeons and bosses.

To commemorate the release date, the first of three major campaigns, the "Follow & RT Campaign," is being held on the game's official Twitter account to give away an actual "Crystal Cage. In addition to the "Crystal Cage," you can also win a Nintendo prepaid card and a PlayStation®Card worth 5,000 yen each, so be sure to participate. The details are as follows.

The "Crystal Cage," an important item that protects the caravan in the game, is an ultra-rare item newly created for this campaign. In addition, a NINTENDO prepaid card worth 5,000 yen and a PlayStation®Card worth 5,000 yen will be given away to five winners each.
