Anime "Re:Zero kara Hajimeru no Isekai Seikatsu" to be adapted into a game for PS4/Switch/PC! To be released in winter 2020

Spike Chunsoft announced that "Re:Zero kara Hajimari no Osekai Seikatsu", an adventure game based on the popular TV anime "Re:Zero kara Hajimari no Isekai Seikatsu: False King Candidate", will be released for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam) in winter 2020. The game will be released in the winter of 2020 for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam).

Re:Zero kara Hajimeru no Isekai Seikatsu" is an anime work based on the light novel by Tatsuhei Nagatsuki, and the first TV anime season aired in 2016, followed by completely new anime theater screenings in 2018 and 2019. In January 2020, "Re:Zero kara Hajimete Isekai Seikatsu: Newly edited version" was broadcast, which was re-edited as a one-hour program and gained popularity. The second TV anime season is scheduled to air in July 2020.

Re:Zero kara Hajimari no Osekai Seikatsu: Nisai no Osekai Seikatsu" is a tactical adventure game based on the story of the first season of the "Re:Zero kara Hajimari no Isekai Seikatsu" TV anime, with an original if story completely supervised by the original author, Tatsuhei Nagatsuki. Similar to the original story, "return to death" is an important element in the game system. Character illustrations are newly drawn by Shinichiro Otsuka, who was in charge of illustrations for the original light novel.
