Detailed information on the first DLC, "Isle of Armor!
In the first DLC, "Isle of Armor," the main character will explore a new stage in the Galar region called "Yoroijima. Yoroi Island is a huge isolated island floating in the sea, with sandy beaches lapped by waves, forests, marshlands, limestone caves, sand dunes, and other natural features never seen before in the Galal region. The island is home to many Pokémon, and you will be able to see them living freely in their natural habitat.
There is also a Pokémon battle dojo on the island, where the main character can apprentice himself to "Mustard," a trainer who is the master of the dojo, and train with the Pokémon.
Newly discovered Pokémon! Yadoran (Garal form) appears!
Yadoran (in the form of Garal)
Classification: Hermit Pokémon
Type:Devious, Esper
Height: 1.6m
Weight:70.5 kg
Characteristics:Quickdraw
The stimulus from being bitten by a Shellder caused a chemical reaction in the spice in the body of a Yadon in the Garal region, transforming it into a poison type. It is very dangerous because Shellder sometimes bites its arm involuntarily and strongly, and when the bitten area becomes itchy, it swings its arm around and strikes indiscriminately.
Although Pokémon are always in a daze, when confronted with a strong enemy, stimulants in its body rush through its entire body, stimulating the nerves in its body. Then, its eyes become sharp, and it holds up a shelder with the speed of a rapid-fire gunfighter, spurting venom from the tip and shooting its opponent through the air.
The "Shell Arms," a move that only Yadoran (in the form of Galal) can learn, is a special poison-type move that attacks by spraying venom from the tip of the Shelder that is biting its arm.
The Pokémon that do this are Kyodaimax!
Fushigibana (Kyodaimax form)
Type: Poisonous, Poisonous
Height: 24.0m~.
Weight: ?? kg
Characteristics:Psychokinesis
The power of Kyodaimax has caused the flowers on its back to spread so wide that they cover its body. Its petals are so thick and elastic that half-hearted attacks are repelled. In battle, they use their strong petals as a shield against their opponents, wielding two thick vines to attack.
The flowers on its back release so much pollen that it looks like a mountain erupting. This pollen, when inhaled, causes them to sneeze uncontrollably, and if inhaled in large quantities, they may even lose consciousness. On the other hand, it is said to have the effect of revitalizing plants, and large plants and trees grow in areas where pollen has been released.
The wedge-type attack that Fushigibana launches when it is Kyodaimaxed changes into a "Kyodai Bentatsu. Kyodai Bentatsu not only damages the attacker, but also damages non-Weed-type Pokémon for four turns.
Kamex (Form of Kyodaimax)
Type: Water
Height: 25.0m~.
Weight: ?????? ?kg
Characteristics:Gekiryu
The jets on its shell that shoot streams of water have increased to match the size of its body. The number of jets, large and small, totals 31, allowing the creature to use its cannons in different ways depending on the situation. In battle, it does not set its sights on the target, but instead uses its numerous jets to launch powerful and dynamic attacks, overwhelming its opponents with its superior numbers.
The main cannon, located in the center of the shell, is so powerful that legend has it that the stream of water it unleashes has punched a hole in a mountain. In addition, the 12 cannons surrounding the main cannon can change direction at will, allowing the turtle to attack not only on the ground, but also in all directions, including the sky above.
The water-type attack launched by a Kyodai-maxed Kamex turns into a "Kyodai-Hougeki" attack. Kyodai-Hougeki not only damages Pokémon with its attacks, but also continues to damage non-Mizu-type Pokémon for four turns.
■Introduces techniques that only the legendary Pokémon "Ulaos" can learn!
The "Ankoku Kyouda" technique learned by Ulaos (Ichigeki no Kata) is a powerful blow unleashed by Ulaos, which has mastered the Aku no Kata. This technique always hits the opponent's Kyusho, so it can attack without being affected by the opponent's ability change.
The "Suiryu-renda" technique learned by Oolaos (Rengeki-no-kata) is a triple strike delivered by Oolaos who has mastered the Mizu-no-kata. This technique always hits the opponent's Kyusho, so it can attack without being affected by changes in the opponent's abilities.
The "Fukashi no Kobushi" characteristic, which only Uraos (Ichigeki-no-Kata) and Uraos (Ren-Geki-no-Kata) possess, is a new characteristic introduced in this work. This characteristic allows them to inflict damage when using techniques that make contact with the opponent, even if the opponent is trying to protect himself from attacks by using "Mamoru" or other techniques.
Ulaos (Ichigeki no kata, Kyodaimax no sagata)
Ulaos (Rengeki no Katata, Kyodimax no Shigata)
The attack of an Aku type by a Kyodaimaxed Ulaos (Ichigeki no Katata) changes to Kyodai Ichigeki, and the attack of a Water type by a Kyodaimaxed Ulaos (Rengeki no Katata) changes to Kyodai Rengeki. Kyodai Ichigeki" and "Kyodai Rengeki" can damage even those who are trying to protect themselves from attacks by using "Die Wall" or "Mamoru.
■There are many new systems that make adventures more fun!
In addition, various new systems will be added to the "Isle of Armor".
In the dojo of Yoroi Island, there is a recycling machine called the "Uwu Robo. By inserting four different items into this machine, the "Ugu Robot" will synthesize them and create new items. The synthesized items vary from "monster balls" to "point ups," and depending on the combination, some rare items may come out.
In addition, new techniques that have never been seen before will be introduced as new teaching techniques. These new techniques can be learned by using "Yoroi Koseki," which can be obtained through Max Raid battles in Yoroi Island.
Shitto no Ho-Oh is a new Ho-Oh type move that can be taught in this game. It not only damages all opposing Pokémon, but also burns Pokémon whose abilities increase during the turn.
Grass Slider is a new Grass-type move that can be taught in this title. This move can be used while the Pokémon is in a Grassfield state, allowing the Pokémon to strike first.
Dice Soup" is a special dish that can be made by gathering rare ingredients in Yoroijima. When a Pokémon with the potential to become a Kyodimax Pokémon drinks "Dice Soup," that Pokémon becomes a special Pokémon that can become a Kyodimax Pokémon.
Detailed information on the second DLC, "Crowned Snowfield," is also available!
Detailed information on "The Crowned Snowfield," the second additional downloadable content "Pokémon Sword and Shield Expansion Pass," has also been released. The "Crowned Snowfield" takes place in the "Kammuri Setsu-gen," where snow is falling and a silvery white landscape spreads out. In this extremely cold region with steep snow-capped mountains, people live together in small villages.
The protagonist is appointed by Peony as the leader of an expedition team in this "Kammuri Setsuen. He can go to various places to investigate, such as snow fields with blizzards and the inside of Pokémon nests, which until now could only be accessed through Max Raid Battles. In addition, many legendary Pokémon that have yet to be discovered seem to be living in this "Kammuri Setsuen.
Here are some of the newly discovered legendary Pokémon!
Regi-Elektron
Classification:Electron Pokémon
Type:Electric
Height:1.2m
Weight:145.0 kg
Characteristics:Transistor
This Pokémon lives by absorbing electrons, and most of its body is composed of electric energy. It is said that the power of the electric-type techniques released by Regi Ereki is the most powerful of all electric-type Pokémon. Scientists have discovered that Regi Ereki has a special device attached to its body that does not conduct electricity. Some believe that ancient people who were tormented by Regi Ereki may have installed this device to limit its abilities.
The "Thunder Prison," a technique that only Resi-Eleki can learn, is an electric-type special move that shoots several violent electric shocks from its lower body, trapping the enemy directly below in an electric cage. Not only does it damage the opponent, but it also deals damage each turn to the opponent trapped in the electric cage for four to five turns, making it impossible for the opponent to switch places or escape.
・Residrago
Classification:Ryugaku Pokémon
Type:Dragon
Height: 2.1 meters
Weight:200.0 kg
Characteristics:Ryu no Agito
Its entire body is made of dragon energy crystals, with a particularly high concentration of energy in its torso. As a result, Residrago is capable of performing Dragon-type moves with greater power than other Pokémon can.
Legend has it that the legendary Pokémon "Resigigigas" was attempted to be made from dragon energy crystals, but there were not enough crystals and only the head could be made. Ancient people feared that the whole body of Residrago would eventually be completed and destroy their country, so they sealed it deep in a temple.
The "Dragon Energy" technique, which only Residorago can learn, allows him to assume the shape of a dragon's head and to radiate dragon energy violently from his mouth. The more energy he has left, the more powerful his technique becomes.
Freezer", "Thunder", and "Fire" are also available.
Legendary Pokémon similar to "Freezer," "Thunder," and "Fire" sometimes appear in the Kammuri Setsugen. Since each of these Pokémon has characteristics like "Ice," "Electric," and "Fire," they have been thought to be "Freezer," "Thunder," and "Fire," but recently, based on previous sightings, the theory that they may be different species is gaining strength.
Freezer (Garal form)
Classification: Reikoku Pokémon
Type: Esper, Flying
Height: 1.7 m
Weight:50.9 kg
Characteristics:kick
A migratory Pokémon that appears in the Kammuri Setsugen once every few decades, it was long thought to be the legendary Pokémon "Freezer. Its personality is cold and cool-headed, but its behavior is elegant. It always floats in the air using its Psycho Power and rarely flaps its wings.
It fights by manipulating powerful psycho power that affects the cells of living creatures. The effects of the psycho beams emitted from his eyes are particularly strong, and even the slightest contact with him causes him to freeze and become immobile. When its opponents are unable to move, it finishes them off with a feather that has its psycho-power condensed.
Only Friezer (in the form of Garal) can learn "Itsukushisen," a special Esper-type attack that launches Psycho Power from both of its eyes. In rare cases, it can put the opponent in a "frozen" state.
Thunder (Garal form)
Classification:Pokémon for the senses
Type:Scorpion, Flying
Height: 1.6 meters
Weight:58.2 kg
Characteristics:Makenki
A migratory Pokémon that appears in the Kammuri Setsugen once every few decades, it has long been thought to be the legendary Pokémon Thunder. It is a belligerent Pokémon, and when it sees a Pokémon that looks stronger than it is, it can't help but challenge it to a fight.
In battle, it uses its leg strength to overwhelm opponents with its quick movements and powerful kicks. It is said that the way it zigzags and leaps down the walls of rocks and mountains at ultra-high speed is like a bolt of lightning. However, because of its degenerated wings, it is not good at flying.
Rai Meigeri, a technique that only Thunder (in the form of Galal) can learn, is a hide-and-seek type physical move that uses a lightning-like motion to toss its attacker around while unleashing a kick. The attacker's defense can be lowered.
Fire (Garal form)
Classification: Bad Pokémon
Type: Evil, Flying
Height: 2.0 m
Weight:66.0 kg
Characteristics:reversal
A migratory Pokémon that appears in the Kammuri Setsugen once every few decades, it has long been thought to be the legendary "Fire" Pokémon. It has an arrogant and irreverent personality, and behaves with a calm and composed manner as if it were following its instincts.
The energy that surges from its body is emitted as an aura like a blazing pillar of fire, making it impossible for ordinary Pokémon to even approach it. It specializes in a mental attack in which it spreads its wings wide and releases an evil aura around it, and if it is hit by this attack, it feels a strong sense of exhaustion, as if it is burning up.
The "Moeruagaru Ikari" technique, which only Fire (in the form of Galal) learns, is a special evil-type technique that substitutes anger for a fiery aura and attacks. In rare cases, it can make opponents flinch.
New characters you will meet in "Kanmuri Setsugen
Peony
Peony is a new character that the main character meets when she arrives at the Kammuri Setsuen after exploring the area with her daughter to confirm some legendary Pokémon legends about the Kammuri Setsuen. He is not good at listening to others, and his bold behavior stands out, but he also has a gentle side that is kind to his daughter.
