Theatrical anime "Re:Zero kara Hajimeru no Isekai Seikatsu: Hyoketsu no Kizuna" will be distributed for the first time worldwide for free on ABEMA on June 4!

ABEMA, a TV and video entertainment site, will distribute the film version of the anime "Re:Zero kara Hajimari no Isekai Seikatsu Hyoketsu no Kizuna" for the first time in the world for free on Thursday, June 4, 2020, starting at 24:00 pm.

Re:Zero kara Hajimeru no Isekai Seikatsu" is an anime work based on a novel by Tatsuhei Nagatsuki. The story revolves around the main character, Natsuki Subaru, who is suddenly summoned to another world and uses his "return to death" power, which allows him to return to a certain time after he dies, to solve various cases and requests in order to protect the people he cares about.

The first season of the TV anime aired in 2016 and gained popularity; the first theatrical version, "Re: Zero kara Hajimari Isekai Seikatsu Memory Snow," which depicts the events between episodes 11 and 12 of the TV anime, will be released in October 2018, and the second theatrical version, "Re: Zero kara Hajimari Isekai Seikatsu Hyoketsu," a prequel to the TV series, will be released in November 2019. Starting from Zero: Another World Life: Hyoketsu no Kizuna" was released and gained popularity. The long-awaited second season of the TV anime is also scheduled to air in July 2020.

In addition, the first movie "Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu Memory Snow" will be distributed on June 4 (Thu) at 10:55 pm, and all episodes of the first season of the TV anime "Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu" on June 6 (Sat) at 7 pm, both on the "ABEMA Anime Channel.

For those who are unable to view the "ABEMA Anime Channel" distribution, "Re:Zero Kara Hajimari Isekai Seikatsu Hyoketsu no Kizuna", "Re:Zero Kara Hajimari Isekai Seikatsu Memory Snow" and "Re:Zero Kara Hajimari Isekai Seikatsu" will also be available on "ABEMA Video" for free for two weeks from Thursday, June 4, 2020, at midnight.
