YouTuber Usine Tenjin, a.k.a. Kotone, begins distributing her fourth original song "Erase" on various music sites!
The fourth original song "Erase" by YouTube singer Kotone (Tenjin Ko-Usane) was released on June 6, 2020 (Sat) on various music distribution sites.
The music video will also be released on the official YouTube channel from 20:00 on the same day.
Kotone is a TV personality and artist who began working on YouTube in April 2018 under the name Tenjin Koko Usane. He is a god living in Kyoto who started posting videos on YouTube to gather faith through entertainment and is 500 years old. His nicknames among Kotone followers (fans) are "Kotone-sama" and "Bite-sama. As an artist, he is active under the name "Kotone.
His YouTube channel has 250,000 registered users and over 40 million views, and he is expanding his activities by serving as an ambassador for the Chiyoda City Tourism Association from March 2019.
The visuals for the talent were created by illustrator Inoue Noizi, who is also responsible for the light novel series "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. The illustrations for the artist "Kotone" are by Akakura, who has been selected for the "ILLUSTRATION" series, which features illustrators who symbolize the times.
Erase" is a rock song about the friction between "myself as a child who didn't want to be an adult and myself now that I have forgotten that feeling. The lyrics and music video consistently use "kamikaze" as a motif.
The artwork and illustrations in the music video were created by illustrator Tebimaru. The video was created by editor Nebiru. It is a collaborative work by a team of up-and-coming creators.
The lyrics and music are by Ryo Deguchi, who has provided music for the theme song of the movie "High School Fleet" as well as the games "Princess Connect! Arrangements are by Shuhei Mutsuki, who has worked on many popular works including the TV anime "Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru" and the game series "THE iDOLM@STER". Debuted as a lyricist and composer at the age of 19 while a student at Musicians Institute JAPAN Tokyo School. He is also active as a bass player. His major works include the theme song for the movie version of "High School Fleet" and the theme song for the "Sengoku Otome" series.
Shuhei Mutsuki
Shuhei Mutsuki was born on January 18, 1992. Born in Saitama Prefecture.
He started playing instruments at the age of 14, and started composing music when he formed a band. He is a multi-creator with a reputation for creating music that brings out the world view of the artist and the work, and his arrangements range from rock music that makes use of his specialty, guitar playing, to pops, metal, and beat music. His major works include the TV anime "Touken Ranbu Hanamaru" and the game series "THE IDOLM@STER".
