TAITO and NTTe-Sports jointly sponsored the 5th "Toushin Matsuri 2020 - World Championship of ARCADE" (hereafter "Toushin Matsuri 2020"), one of the largest arcade version e-sports tournaments in Japan, but in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, it has been announced that the store qualifiers, area finals, and final round (final tournament) that have not been held at this time have been canceled. However, in consideration of the maximum impact on the health and safety of all those involved in the event, the organizers have decided that they must abandon the holding of " Toushin Matsuri 2020.
