Since its launch in 1983, G-SHOCK has been constantly evolving in terms of functionality and design, with toughness as its keyword. This summer, a new limited edition EVANGELION model will be born.

EVANGELION STORE has decided to release a completely original G-SHOCK designed by RADIO EVA in early August 2020, and began accepting reservations today, June 10, 2020, the anniversary of the beginning of time. It will be sold exclusively at Evangelion stores and RADIO EVA, and will be priced at 20,000 yen (excluding tax).

The base model is the popular G-Shock "DW-6900" model, commonly known as the "three-eyed model," which celebrated its 25th anniversary. The design was created by the official Evangelion apparel brand "RADIO EVA," and is an original interpretation of the world of Evangelion expressed in abstract art.

The design theme is based on the first plane (EVA-01 TEST TYPE), and the color design is arranged in purple and green, the key colors of the first plane, which are RADIO EVA's specialty.

G-SHOCK boasts functionality and practicality that is second to none. The EL backlight, inspired by the NERV Central Operations Command, glows red when turned on, a specification that is sure to please fans of G-Shock. In addition, the outer box is linked to the main body of the G-Shock with an original design inspired by the first model of the G-Shock.
