SQUARE ENIX Announces Production of "PROJECT ATHIA" Title for PlayStation 5 & PC

Square Enix has announced the production of PROJECT ATHIA (tentative title), a title for PlayStation 5 and PC. Release date and price have yet to be determined.

PROJECT ATHIA is the first title produced by Luminous Productions, a global game studio launched from Square Enix Group in April 2018.

This title will take full advantage of the capabilities of the PlayStation 5, which is expected to be released at the end of this year, and will express Luminous Productions' philosophy of "fusing the world's most advanced technology and art to create a gaming experience that no one has ever experienced before".

PROJECT ATHIA" will draw players into a beautiful and desperate world where they can enjoy a thrilling story and action-packed adventure.

A trailer for this title has also been released. The trailer begins with a scene of a woman walking alone in a dusty ruin, followed by magnificent scenery and battle scenes that foreshadow a great adventure.
