Collaboration between "Iyemon Tokucha" and "Yu Yu Hakusho"? YU☆YU☆Hakusho Special Tea" starts today, June 15! Get original wallpapers and virtual backgrounds through training!

Suntory Foods International's "Iyemon Special Tea" (Food for Specified Health Uses) and the popular TV animation "YuYu Hakusho" have collaborated to launch a new project, "YuYu Special Tea" today, June 15, 2020 (Monday).

Yū Yu Hakusho" was serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 1990 to 1994 as a comic of the same title by Yoshihiro Togashi (175 episodes plus 1 episode of an outside story), and became an instant hit when it was broadcast as a TV anime from 1992 to 1995 (112 episodes in total). In 2019, it will be adapted into a 2.5D stage version, and remains one of Japan's most popular works of the 90s, even 30 years after its serialization.

The new project "Yu Yu Special Tea" is based on the idea of supporting the health habits of modern people living in the "100-year life era" while having fun with the help of the "Yu Yu Hakusho" members, who are "experts in longevity. The "Yu-Yu Special Chat" and "What You Lack Now #Taught by Toguro" will be provided.

The "Yu Yu Special Chat" is the second version of the "Special Chat" service, which was launched on the official LINE account in March to support the practice of the "Special Tea Rhythm," a healthy habit that can be enjoyed in daily life through "diet, exercise, and special tea. The service will begin today, June 15 (Monday).

Popular characters from "YuYu Hakusho" will appear on the service, and the characters will reply with training suggestions and motivational messages according to the content of the user's chat. There are two types of recommended workouts: unique workouts unique to "YuYu Hakusho" that make use of famous scenes from the anime, and improved workouts that are easier to tackle, supporting exercise while having fun along with famous scenes from "YuYu Hakusho. After completing the training, participants can obtain original wallpaper for their smartphones and download virtual backgrounds for web conferencing from a special site.

Another content, "Toguro teaches you what you are lacking," is a question and answer session on the official Twitter page of "Iyemon Tokucha," where Toguro will give you advice on what you are lacking.
