Shocking Revenge Fantasy Anime "The Recovery Artist's Redo" to Begin Broadcasting in 2021! Teaser visual and cast information released!

The TV anime adaptation of "The Recovery Artist Redo" has been decided, and the broadcast start date has been set for 2021. In addition, a teaser visual, cast information, and director's comments were also released.

This TV animation is based on the light novel "The Healer's Do-over" (original story: Tears in the Moonlight / character design: Shiokombu), which is currently being published by Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko. This is a shocking revenge fantasy in which Keyaruga, a [healing] hero who has been used by heroes for years, vows to take revenge on all those who have toyed with his life by using the strongest recovery [heal] magic.

Directed by Takuya Asaoka, series composition and script by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu, character design by Junji Gotoh, and animation production by TNK.

Main cast announced!
The main cast of this work has also been announced. The main character, Keyaruga, a hero of [healing], will be played by Yuya Hosumi, Freya, a hero of [jutsu] by Ayano Shibuya, Setsuna, a genius of the ice wolf tribe who has fallen into slavery, will be played by Shizuka Ishigami, Eve, a mysterious girl, by Natsumi Takamori, Norn, a demon warrior, by Minami Tsuda, and Kureha, the strongest swordsman of the kingdom, by Natsuhime Aikawa The role of Kureha, the kingdom's most powerful swordsman, will be played by Natsuhime Aikawa.

I was struggling to understand the character of the main character, but I happened to notice the words "I want to live a cheerful and dishonest life" on the obi of a book I had on me, and then I heard the words "Although it is a revenge drama, it is not tragic, and I enjoy revenge in a pleasurable way" from Mr. Tsukiyo, and I had a vague idea how to express what we were aiming for. I had a vague idea of how to express what I was aiming for.
As you may know from the original work and the manga version, "Eros" and "violence" are the main driving forces of this work. How far can we go with that? However, with the help of various people, the project is gradually taking shape.
