Popular manga "Tokyo Manji Revengers", which has sold over 4 million copies, will be adapted into a TV anime in 2021! Teaser visual and special PV are released!

Tokyo Manji Revengers," a popular manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine (Kodansha), will be adapted into an anime in 2021. In addition, a special PV has been released, and a teaser site and official Twitter account have been opened.

Tokyo Manji Revengers" is a popular manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha) by Ken Wakui since 2017. The comic is currently in its 17th volume, with a total of over 4 million copies in print.


Budo (Takemichi) Hanagaki, a no-good freelancer at the bottom of his life, learns that Hinata Tachibana, the only girlfriend he had in junior high school, has been killed by the Tokyo Manjikai, the worst gang of villains in Japan. One day, Hinata jumps back in time to the peak of her life 12 years ago when she was in junior high school, and in order to save her boyfriend and change herself, she begins her revenge on her life. ......

In the special PV released this time, footage using cuts from the original story is shown, and at the end of the PV, a teaser visual newly drawn by Ken Wakui, the author of the original story, can be seen.

In addition, "Tokyo Manji Revengers" will be featured on the cover of the June 24, 2020 (Wed.) issue 30 of "Weekly Shonen Magazine," which will also feature information on the anime adaptation in its opening color. Please be sure to check it out as well.

Budo (Takemichi) Hanagaki is a no-good freelancer whose life has hit rock bottom. He learns that Hinata Tachibana, the only boyfriend he had in junior high school, has been killed by the Tokyo Manjikai, the worst gang of villains in Japan.
The day after learning of the incident, Takemichi is on a station platform when someone pushes him back and he falls onto the tracks. He was prepared to die, but when he opened his eyes, he was somehow transported back in time to 12 years ago.
He jumps back in time to his junior high school days 12 years ago, the peak of his life, and begins his revenge on his life to save his girlfriend and to change himself after running away!
