GUNSHOES WEARING CATS" is a romance adventure game released for PC on September 28, 2018 by Primula, a women's content brand that created the "Taisho x Symmetrical Alice" series. A PlayStation Vita version was released on September 12, 2019, and now the Nintendo Switch version is now available.

In this title, players can enjoy a variety of endings, with subsequent developments changing depending on the choices made during the story. Players take on the role of the main character, "Tama" (*name can be changed), and go through "ordeals" in the world of the cat tribe, where mysterious ruins are spreading. The goal of the game is to overcome the "ordeals" together with each of the characters, nurture love in the process, and aim for a happy ending.

In porting the game to the Nintendo Switch, original episodes related to the final stages of each of the six main characters' stories have been added. The game also fully supports touch screen operation, and in table mode and TV mode, all controls can be performed with the right Joy-Con, making it possible to play the game with one hand. ＜ Story＞
This is a world where "cats" with "beast ears" and "tails" live. The cats worship a god called "Ningen" who "grants the wishes of the cats in exchange for giving them trials".
The country of "Wa-no-kuni" is a rich country where ruins and nature are in harmony. Tama, the princess, is about to marry her cousin Kotaro, and the day of the "wedding ceremony" arrives to report her marriage to the "ningen.
The ceremony was solemnized and seemed to go off without a hitch, but then a young man appeared with a dazzling light. Without "beast ears" or a "tail," he was the very "ningen" that the cats believed in.
A few days passed after the descent of the "ningen. The arrival of an "empire" from far away across the sea brought a challenge to the peaceful days of Wakuni. Over the "Ningen," the Japanese nation and the Empire are thrust into upheaval, each with their own agendas in mind.
As the princess of a country and a cat, Tama must make a choice.
