In addition, online business meetings for exhibitors and those involved in game-related businesses will be held from September 23, using the "Business Matching System" provided by TGS2020 ONLINE, which will facilitate web meetings and networking.
The online business meetings will be open to exhibitors (free of charge) as well as individuals involved in game-related businesses (for a fee), with applications for participation scheduled to open around mid-August.

Exhibitors will also be able to register free of charge for the business matching system (online business meeting system) provided by TGS2020 ONLINE and conduct business meetings with other exhibitors and paid participants for business purposes (applications separately accepted).

Participation in "Official Exhibitor Programs
You can produce official programs such as presentations and talk shows together with the organizer.
However, due to the limited number of slots, companies that have exhibited more than 40 booths in the past 5 years (2015-2019) and hardware manufacturers of home video game consoles are given priority in applying.
After receiving applications from priority companies, additional exhibitors from other companies will be invited to apply for any available slots.
Exhibitors are welcome to create and distribute their own programs in addition to the official programs listed above, and a link to the distribution page will be posted on the TGS2020 ONLINE distribution program list.
