The latest application in the "Layton" series, "Professor Layton and the Last Time Traveler EXHD for Smartphones" PV released simultaneously around the world.

Level-5 released a promotion video for "Professor Layton and the Last Time Traveler EXHD for Smartphones," an application for smartphones (iOS/Android) scheduled for worldwide distribution on July 13, 2020 (Monday), on July 8 (Wednesday).

Professor Layton and the Last Time Traveler EXHD for Smartphones" is the third title in the popular puzzle adventure "Layton" series, which has shipped more than 17 million units worldwide. The graphics have been completely redesigned for smartphones. The title has been improved so that it can be played comfortably with tap operation. The price is 1,960 yen (tax included).

The PV released today introduces the story of "Professor Layton and the Last Time Traveler" and the charms of the EXHD version in detail, allowing the viewer to experience the evolution of the smartphone version over the past 12 years. Story
Layton has solved a number of mysterious cases and become famous.
One day, he receives a letter.
The sender is Luke from the future, asking him to come to London 10 years in the future and save him.
Leighton thinks it is a prank by Luke, but then he remembers an accident that happened about a week ago.

It was at a ceremony to celebrate the completion of the time machine, to which Leighton and many other celebrities had been invited.
In the middle of the ceremony, the time machine exploded.
Many people went missing, including British Prime Minister Bill Hawke.

Leighton suspected a connection to this explosion,
Leighton and Luke head for the location specified in the letter, a watch store on Midrent Street.

Layton and Luke arrive at the clock store.
The clock store has a huge clock that looks up at them, and according to the owner, there is some kind of a trick to it.
Leighton and Luke repair the clock, which had stopped, and the clock starts moving with a huge vibration.
When the shaking subsided and they stepped out of the store, they found themselves in a different place from the London where Leighton and his friends had just been.

Had they come to London 10 years later?
As Leighton begins his investigation, he again receives a letter from Luke in the future.
When he goes to the location of the letter, he finds an old Dr. Schrader there,
The letter is a surprise, but he continues to investigate further.

Surprised, Leighton investigates further,
Luke from the future finally appears.
He tells him a startling revelation.
