Purpose and Background
Brave group has a mission to "break through the hearts of 8 billion people" with the goal of "bringing the Japanese spirit of adventure to the world," and is developing multiple businesses in the IP Platform and IP Solution domains that are highly compatible with the VTuber business, including IP Production. In September 2024, we will launch our IP Production business.
In September 2024, we announced "Brave global capital," an investment project that includes management integration and capital and business alliances, with the aim of building an ecosystem that maximizes the potential and profitability of IP. (*1)
Neo-Porte (*2) is a popular VTuber agency jointly run by VTuber "Shibuya Hal," professional gaming team "Crazy Raccoon," and artists "Mafumafu" and "Soraru" It started in October 2021 and currently has 21 members from 0 to 6 term students. The total number of subscribers to their YouTube channel has grown to over 3 million, and they are engaged in diversified activities in various genres such as games and music.
With this business integration, Neo-Porte will be jointly managed by Shibuya Hal, Crazy Raccoon, Mafumafu, and Soraru, and Brave group. While maintaining the existing management structure, Neo-Porte will be able to share the Brave group's knowledge of operating multiple productions in Japan and overseas, utilize the Brave group's middle office and management strategy support, and utilize the Brave group's IP Platform sales promotion network and IP Solution area production and development functions that go beyond VTuber productions. The Brave group will support Neo-Porte's activities and promote its further success by leveraging its production and development capabilities in the IP platform, not limited to VTuber productions, as well as its sales promotion network and IP solutions.

Hal Shibuya
Host of the VTuber Most Cooperative Tournament, active VTuber who mainly distributes and posts videos of APEX LEGENDS, and has been active in the competitive scene in the past, having won the right to participate in the APEX LEGENDS world championships.

Representative Director of Samurai Kobo, Inc. which operates the professional gaming team "Crazy Raccoon". After working as an actor and owner of a yakiniku restaurant, he formed Crazy Raccoon in 2018 with his professional gamer friends. A big gamer himself, he also presides over the CR Cup, a community tournament that brings together popular influencers.

Mafumafu
Multi-creator, self-proclaimed "jack of all trades. In addition to singing, writing lyrics, and arranging music, he also serves as president of his own company, and in 2021 he will perform a one-man live concert at the Tokyo Dome.
