In addition, we are pleased to announce that 12 members have been appointed so far using the "Adventure System" introduced in April 2024, which allows them to challenge for higher positions.

Brave group has a mission to "Break through the hearts of 8 billion people" with the goal of "Bringing the Japanese spirit of adventure to the world". We are developing multiple businesses in the IP Platform and IP Solution domains that are highly compatible with the VTuber business both in Japan and overseas.

Overview of the Adventure System
In order to create opportunities for each member of the Brave Group to take on challenges and grow voluntarily, we have established this new program for the purpose of discovering and developing candidates for the next managerial positions.
After a period of preparation, members who apply for the program, either by self-recommendation or recommendation from their supervisors, make a presentation on the theme or vision they wish to pursue to the Brave Group's directors and the director or manager in charge of the division to which they belong.
If they are selected as a result of their presentation, they will be given the opportunity to challenge for a higher position for a period of six months to one year.
At the end of the challenge period, the results will be reviewed, and if the candidate is judged to have contributed to the results, he or she will be officially promoted.

The culture that Brave Group values is based on the experience gained through numerous challenges, successes, failures, and setbacks.
