In order to protect the safe working environment for our VTubers, VLivers, artists, and talents, we have established a new "Consultation and Reporting Service for Offensive Acts".

The new window accepts consultations and reports on "stalking, death threats, and other offensive acts," "slanderous and defamatory acts on the Internet," and "content containing violent, grotesque, or otherwise offensive content to public order and morals.

Aggressive acts such as stalking and slander on the Internet are serious problems that threaten mental health and adversely affect activities. We take this matter very seriously and are committed to creating a safe environment for our VTubers, VLivers, artists, and talents.

We will use this information to create healthier content in the future, and we appreciate your support in this endeavor.

Please refrain from commenting on Brave Group's VTubers, VLivers, artists, and talent while they are broadcasting or using the reply function on social networking services to report or encourage responses to slanderous or defamatory behavior, etc.

The Group will respond to "stalking, death threats and other offensive acts," "slanderous and defamatory acts on the Internet," and "content containing violent, grotesque, or otherwise offensive to public order and morals" that falls under the following categories,

(1) Report the damage to the police
(2) Report to social networking services or anonymous bulletin boards, etc.
(iii) IP address disclosure requests to the above
(4) Request for disclosure of the sender's information to the Internet provider, etc.
(5) Claim for damages against the slanderer

The Group will take resolute legal action from both criminal and civil perspectives.

We will continue to take measures to ensure that all VTubers, VLivers, artists, and talents belonging to our group can enjoy interacting with fans, including taking care of our VTubers, VLivers, artists, and talents.
