(Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Keito Noguchi; hereinafter referred to as "Brave group") announces that it has integrated its management with StelLive, one of the largest VTuber production companies in Korea. In addition, Brave group Korea Inc. has been established as a new base of operations in Korea.
Purpose and Background
Brave group has a mission to "break through the hearts of 8 billion people" with the goal of "bringing the Japanese spirit of adventure to the world," and is developing multiple businesses in the areas of IP Production (VTuber business), IP Platform, and IP Solution, which are highly compatible with the VTuber business, in Japan and overseas. In September 2024, we will launch our IP Production business.
In September 2024, we announced "Brave global capital," an investment project that includes business integration and capital and business alliance, in order to build an ecosystem that maximizes the potential and profitability of IP. (*1)
South Korea's VTuber market is the third largest in the world after Japan and the U.S., and has a large presence, partly because of the know-how of fan community formation cultivated through the success of K-POP idols, and in fact, virtual idol groups have won first place in Korean terrestrial music programs. StelLive is a virtual idol group that has actually won first place in a Korean terrestrial music program.
StelLive is a VTuber production company incorporated in April 2023 and headed by "GANGZI"(*2), a female streamer with over 700,000 registered YouTube channel users, and is rapidly growing in the Korean VTuber market. Currently, the company has 9 talents, a YouTube channel with over 1.8 million subscribers, and over 1.5 million followers on CHZZK(*3), and a pop-up event held in May 2025 with a total of 9,000 visitors. So far, Brave group has provided support to StelLive, including 3D model and 3D content production, through its business alliance.
Going forward, while maintaining StelLive's operational policies and management structure as before, the Brave group will promote StelLive's business growth from multiple angles by further strengthening its production system and maximizing the use of the Brave group's assets, including merchandising and goods sales.
