CPU WARS", a card game in which players compete against each other based on the CPU specs written on the cards, is now on sale at Jan-gle Akihabara's main store.

The lineup includes "Volume 1.0 The Battle of the Desktops " featuring CPUs for desktop PCs and"Volume 2.0 The Battle of the Servers"featuring CPUs for servers.

According to the store, each card has a picture of the CPU and specs such as maximum clock, manufacturing process, and maximum TDP, and players take turns specifying one of the specs. The winner is determined by the size of that number. The rules are that the winner is the player who has obtained all the cards.

The game is designed for 2 to 3 players, but by combining "Volume 1.0 The Battle of the Desktops" and "Volume 2.0 The Battle of the Servers," up to 6 players can play together.

It will be fun to play against your friends in the long autumn evenings while discussing the evolutionary process of CPUs.

The price is 1,480 yen each (excluding tax).
