Thermalright's Archon IB-E X2 side-flow CPU cooler is now available.

This refined model is a redesign of the heatsink section of the previous Archon SB-E X2 model to reduce interference with memory, video cards, and cases and improve system compatibility.

The volume of the heatsink has been reduced compared to the previous model, but cooling capacity has not been compromised.

Other than that, the structure is the same, with the single-tower aluminum fins sandwiched between two of the company's TY-141 140mm round frame fans. The fan's main specifications are: speed 900-1300RPM (±10%), operating noise 17-21dB(A), and airflow 28.3-73.6CFM. 8 x 6mm diameter copper heatpipes (nickel plated coating).

Supported sockets are LGA2011(-3)/1366/1156/1155/1150/775 for Intel and Socket FM2(+)/FM1(+)/AM3(+)/AM2(+) for AMD.
