Original TV Anime "Death Parade" Announces Staff/Cast and Other Details! The story of a mysterious bar where the souls of dead people gather.

Staff/cast and other details have been announced for the TV anime "Death Parade," which will start in 2015.


Death Parade" is a TV series adaptation of the original anime "Death Billiard" produced by Madhouse, which was released in 2013 as part of the young animator training project "Anime Mirai" and attracted attention for its style of depicting the depths of humanity and the riddle story it throws at viewers. Yuzuru Tachikawa, who participated in "BLEACH" and "The Book of Dantalian" as a director and directed the first OVA "Arata naru Sekai", will direct the TV series as well.

The staff/cast and character settings have now been released. The director and series composition will be directed by Yuzuru Tachikawa, character design and chief animation director will be Shinichi Kurita, and art director will be Satoru Hirayanagi. Production will continue to be handled by Madhouse. The cast includes Tomoaki Maeno as Queen Dekim (15F), who speaks in an indifferent tone; Asami Seto as the black-haired woman who watches over the customers who come with Dekim; and Rumi Okubo as Nona, who manages the arbitrators in charge of each floor from Nona Ginter (90F), Yoshimasa Hosoya is Ginty, who is in sync with Dekim and manages Wee Ginty (20F).


It was also decided to hold an advance screening at Cinemart Shinjuku on December 28th at 5:30pm. Guests will be Yuzuru Tachikawa, Tomoaki Maeno, and Masami Seto. Tickets are 2,000 yen, and advance reservations will be accepted at e+ (http://eplus.jp/deathparade/) from 10:00 on November 27.

Welcome to Queen Dekim, a mysterious bar where human souls gather after death. Two dead people come here as customers. The white-haired bartender "Dekim" welcomes them.
He invites them to a game of death, which eventually reveals the true nature of the guests.
At the end of the game, Dekim reveals himself as the "arbiter. What is the judgment that Dekim the Arbiter will make on the two guests?
