MSI launches the GTX 970 GAMING 4G Golden Edition! Equipped with limited edition "Twin Frozr V" made of all copper

MSI has released the GTX 970 GAMING 4G Golden Edition, an overclocking GeForce GTX 970 video card featuring the original "Twin Frozr V" cooler.

This GeForce GTX 970 video card features an all-copper original cooler, which consists of the original "Twin Frozr V" cooler, with the heatsink, heatpipes, and base all made of copper. It is also equipped with an additional back plate to further enhance cooling performance.

The "Zero Frozr" function, which stops the fan when the GPU temperature is below 60°C to improve silent operation during idle time, is also included as before.

The core clock is overclocked at 1165MHz (reference 1051MHz) and 1317MHz (reference 1178MHz), which is higher than the company's regular GTX 970 GAMING 4G model.

Equipped with 4GB of GDDR5 memory and a memory data rate of 7Gbps (equivalent to 7010MHz clock). Monitor output ports are DisplayPort x 1, HDMI x 1, DVI-D x 1, and DVI-I x 1. Auxiliary power connector is 8-pin + 6-pin. The main unit is a 2-slot occupancy type.
