New TV anime "Macross△ (tentative)" and diva audition can be entered via "JOYSOUND" karaoke service!　Entry with a video of you singing Macross songs from the past!

Karaoke "JOYSOUND" has announced the start of entries for the TV anime "Macross △ (tentative)" diva audition.

This is an audition project to select a voice actress and singer for the heroine of the TV anime "Macross△ (tentative)," which will be the newest addition to the popular "Macross" series of transforming robots, songs, and love triangles, In addition to sending in singing videos from a personal computer, entries can also be made by using the "Utasuki Video" function of the "JOYSOUND" karaoke system.

To enter via "Utasuki Video", the contestants film themselves singing a song (any one of the songs from the "Macross" series) at a "JOYSOUND f1" or "CROSSO" karaoke store and submit their entry via a special page. Since the application can be easily made at karaoke stores nationwide, many women will have a chance to enter. Incidentally, in the previous "Macross F" (2008), Ms. Ai Nakajima won the role of the heroine Ranka Lee through an open audition and went on to have a similar Cinderella story as Ranka.

New TV anime "Macross Delta (provisional)" Diva Audition

Eligibility: Females under 25 years old as of January 30, 2015. Professional or amateur singers are not required. Those who are currently affiliated with an agency or have made their CD debut in the past are also eligible to apply, but must not have any current or future plans to sign a contract with a record company, whether major or indie label. However, you must not be planning to sign a contract with a record company, either major or indie label, at present or in the future. Only solo singers are accepted. *Minors must have the written permission of a parent or guardian.
