Chicken Hakyu Ramen "Momiji" closed since late November -> no change after the scheduled reopening date of December 1!　Business trip to procure ingredients = fundraising efforts?

Momiji, a chicken white soup ramen shop that has been closed since around November 20, but there appears to be no activity past December 1, the scheduled reopening date.

The restaurant opened in early December 2013 at the former site of soba/stand-up noodle shop Rankiri Morisoba Torakian (February 2012-November 2013).

A notice posted at the time of the closure stated, "We will be out procuring ingredients to improve the soup until November 30, so we will reopen on December 1.

Judging from the fact that the restaurant has not moved at all after the scheduled reopening date, it may have gone out to raise funds instead of procuring ingredients.

Incidentally, the nearby "Echigo Soba Kanda Suehirocho" (from February 2012) has also been closed since the same period. The restaurant will reopen in mid-January 2015 due to "emergency construction work on the kitchen facilities.
