The CK4GX4-D4RE2133VL81 low-profile DDR4 memory is now available from Century Micro.

The CK4GX4-D4RE2133VL81 is a PC4-17000 (DDR4-2133) compatible Registered ECC DIMM memory, a 4GB x 4 16GB kit. It features a lower than normal DDR4 memory module height, ranging from 31.25mm to 18.75mm high.

The controller is from Micron and the chips are from SK hynix. Latency is 15-15-15.
