TV anime version of "Parasite" announces second additional character/cast! Kazuhiko Inoue and Daisuke Namikawa also appear as parasites.

The second additional cast has been announced for the TV anime "Parasite: Sei's Ratio" currently airing on TV.


Parasite: Sei's Ratio" is an anime work based on the popular science fiction manga "Kiseiju," which has sold over 13 million copies in total. It depicts the bizarre fate of a high school student and a parasitic creature that lives in his right hand, which is a parasite that lives in the brain of a human being and takes control of his entire body, preying on other humans. The series is directed by Kenichi Shimizu, who worked as action animation director on "Hajime no Ippo New Challenger" and director on "AVENGERS CONFIDENTIAL BLACKWIDOW & PUNISHER," and the series is composed by Shoji Yonemura, who is known for writing scripts for the Pokemon series and Pretty Cure series. Character design is by Teishi Hiramatsu, who worked on "Boyfriend and Girlfriend" and "Abenobashi Magical Shopping Arcade", and production is by Madhouse.

The setting drawings and cast of the new characters that will color the second half of the show have now been released. Shiro Kuramori, a detective who is asked by Reiko Tamura to investigate Shinichi's background, is played by Kazunari Futomata; Kazuhiko Inoue plays Goto, a parasite who works with Hirokawa; Takaya Aoyagi plays Kusano, a parasite who plays an executive role in the organization; and Daisuke Namikawa plays Miki, a parasite with a rich expression who challenges Shinichi to a fight.


The soundtrack will be released on December 24.
