TV anime "Pripara," new series to begin airing in April 2015! 3DS version linked to the arcade to be released in March!

It has been announced that a new series of the TV anime "Pripara" will begin airing in April 2015.

The TV anime "Prettypara" is based on an amusement game for girls created by Takara Tomy Arts Co. and Shin Sophia Co. The story is set in the "Pretty Rhythm" world, a world filled with girls' dreams and aspirations, and follows the main character who accidentally decides to participate in an idol audition. The show has gained such popularity that a movie version was decided to be produced within a month of its broadcast in July.

On March 7, 2015, "Pripara the Movie: Minna Matsure! Prism Tours" will be released on March 7, 2015, and a new series will begin airing in April 2015. The worldview, main character, and other characters of "Pripara" will remain the same, but a new stage, new brand, new idols, new teams, new rules, and new friends will be introduced. More details to come.

In addition to this, the Nintendo 3DS software "Puripara & Pretty Rhythm: 1450 Fashionable Items You Can Use in Puripara!" will be released in March 2015. The game will link existing amusement game machines with the 3DS, allowing users to freely coordinate the 1,450 costume data in the 3DS and load them directly into the game machine. As the title suggests, characters from previous "Pretty Rhythm" games will also appear in the game. The "Microman Arts" series of movable figures will also be available. They will be released in May 2015 as the "Microman Arts: Prettypara/SoLaMi SMILE Set" (Ra-Ra, Mirei, and SoFui), complete with the popular Pirates one-piece coordination. Pre-orders will be accepted through February 28, 2015 on the official Takaratomy Arts shopping website (http:// e.takaratomy-arts.co.jp).
