Inexpensive middle tower case for water cooling in the 10,000 yen price range! Thermaltake "Core V41" released

Thermaltake has released the Core V41, an inexpensive mid-size tower case that can be equipped with a large 360mm radiator and a large-diameter 200mm cooling fan.

The "Core V41" is a PC case featuring high cooling specifications with mesh panels on the top and front to increase ventilation, as well as the ability to install a large-diameter fan or a large radiator inside. It is priced at 10,980 yen (excluding tax at the time of the interview), which is relatively inexpensive for a cooling-oriented case.

The case can accommodate a maximum of one 360 mm x 1 radiator on the top, one 360 mm x 1 radiator on the front, and one 120 mm x 1 radiator on the back, while two 120 mm x 2 fans are standard. The fan can also be installed in the following pattern: 200mm x 2 (or 140mm x 3 or 120mm x 3) on the top, 140mm x 2 (or 120mm x 2) on the front, 120mm x 1 on the back, and 120mm x 2 on the bottom.

Incidentally, up to two SSDs/HDDs can be installed in the back wiring space. Even if all the motherboard-side shadow bays are removed, storage can still be installed.

The number of bays is 2 x 5", 8 x 2.5/3.5" shadow bays (motherboard side: 6, base side: 2), 2 x USB 3.0, AUDIO IN/OUT I/O, 7 x expansion slots + 1. Clearance is 170mm high for the CPU cooler and 410mm long for the video card (with HDD cage removed). The installed fan is 120mm x 1 in the front and 120mm x 1 in the rear.

The main unit measures 232 (W) x 526 (H) x 491 (D) mm, weighs approximately 8 kg, and supports ATX, MicroATX, and Mini-ITX form factors.
