OVA 'Kubiki Recycle: Blue Savant and the Gigaku User'，最新預告片可於網上下載！　開場主題曲「Gunsei Sekai」也是首次演唱。

OVA 《Kubiki Recycle: Blue Savant and the Master of Nonsense》的第二支預告片已於網上公開。

Kubiki Recycle: Blue Savant and the Master of Nonsense》是西尾一心的首部小說，他以 Monogatari 系列和《The Memorandum of Code Kamikami Imahiko》為人熟知，該作品於 2002 年由 Kodansha Novels 出版，並獲得第 23 屆 Mephisto Award。OVA 分為八卷，以 Blu-ray 和 DVD 格式發行，第一卷於 10 月 26 日發行。每卷的售價為 3,600 日圓 (含稅)。

此次公佈的預告片是在 9 月 22 日至 25 日舉行的「- 沙夫特 40 周年 - MADOGATARI 展」的東京 Encore 上預先發表的。除了新剪輯和新角色配音之外，還首次發售了由 Sangatsu no Pantasia 演唱的'Gunsei Sekai (Cobalt World)'原聲帶。Gunsei Sekai」的 CD 將於 12 月 14 日發行，包含開場非片尾電影的限定版售價為 1,500 日圓（含稅），標準版售價為 1,100 日圓（含稅）。

另外，還公佈了 Blu-ray & DVD 限量版中包含的角色評論的詳細資訊。據透露，這將是由西尾一心撰寫的劇本，由目前正在講談社小說部發售的「Strongest」系列中的相川純（CV：開田雪子）和長瀞響（Toromi Nagatoro，CV：折笠富美子）主演。
