Cycling competition anime "WIMUSHUME PEDAL" and spin-off "SPARE BIKE" to be produced!　Third season will start in January 2017.

From the TV anime "Yowamushi Pedal," the broadcast date of the third season and the anime adaptation of the spin-off works have been announced.



Weak Mushi Pedal" is ananime work based on the manga series byWataru Watanabe,which is serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion. The second season of the TV anime "YAMUSUSHI PEDAL GRANDE ROAD" aired from October 2014 to March 2015, and the first full-length movie "YAMUSHI PEDAL THE MOVIE" was released in August 2015. YAMUSUME PEDAL THE MOVIE" became a huge hit. Production of the third season of the TV series is currently underway.

The broadcast of the third season is set to begin in January 2017. In addition, "YAMUSUME PEDAL SPARE BIKE," currently serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Champion, will be adapted into an anime. This popular spin-off series depicting the past of the current third-year characters will be shown in movie theaters for two weeks in September 2016.
