TV anime "Drifters" will start in October.



Drifters" is an anime work based on the manga serialized in Young King Awards by Kota Hirano, known for his "HELLSING" series. It is a historical fantasy depicting a war that unfolds in a succession of great men and heroes from the past and present, including Toyohisa Shimazu, a warlord of the Warring States period who wandered into another world while defeated in the Battle of Sekigahara , The animation is produced by HOODS DRIFTERS STUDIO.

The broadcast start date has been set for October. The series will also participate in the JAPAN EXPO to be held in Paris, France, from July 7 to 10, where a panel discussion with Q&A by the original author, Kota Hirano, the original editor, Yoshiyuki Fudetani, and the producer, Koyuki Ueda, as well as the international premiere of the special versions of episodes 1 and 2 will be held.
