Rapunzel: The Adventures of Rapunzel" is the prelude to "Rapunzel the Series," a TV series that follows the 2011 Disney animated film "Rapunzel in the Tower. Set six months after the movie, the film depicts Rapunzel, who has returned to her parents and regained a happy life, as she heads off on a new adventure. The music will be composed by Alan Menken, who has composed many famous songs for "Beauty and the Beast" and "Aladdin.

The broadcast will begin at 18:05 on Sunday, May 14, 2017 on Dlife, a BS television station, and in June, it will be broadcast on the Disney Channel, which airs on cable TV, BS, CS, and other channels nationwide.
