Lupin the Third Part 5", PV, key visual and additional scene cuts are released!

PV, key visuals, and additional scene cuts have arrived from the TV anime "Lupin the Third Part 5," which will start airing on April 3 (Tuesday).

Lupin the Third Part 5" is the latest in the popular anime series based on the manga by Monkey Punch. Set in France, where Lupin III and the world's greatest thief, Arsene Lupin, have their roots, the film depicts the activities of Lupin and his friends who make full use of the latest technology in today's digital society.

The series will be composed and written by Ichirou Okochi of "Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion" and "Kabaneri of the Iron Castle," directed by Yuichiro Yano, as in the previous film, and character design by Hisao Yokobori. Animation production will be handled by Telecom Animation Films.

The PV, key visuals and additional scene cuts have been released!　The PV starts with the mysterious phrase "Hello Underworld" by the genius hacker girl Ami, and shows Lupin (!) taking a selfie with his smartphone. and other well-known characters are shown in a fresh new light, making full use of essential items for modern people. In addition, the powerful duel scene in which Zenigata's subordinate Yatagarasu, voiced by Nobunaga Shimazaki, and Gomon face off with pistols and iron swords, and the shocking scene in which Lupin is shot through the brain (!?), are also shown. The film also features a shocking scene in which Lupin is shot in the brain, making us eagerly await the broadcast in April.

The key visual depicts Lupin III wearing a monocle over his left eye, holding a match and smiling as he smokes his favorite cigarette, along with familiar characters Dime, Gemon, Fujiko, and new character Ami!　The key visual depicts Lupin using both the latest gadgets and retro old favorites, creating a unique visual that blends the "past" with the "future" of the latest film. The key visual was created by Hisao Yokobori, who also created the key visual for the film.

In this PART 5, we are being chased by the whole world because of the "Lupin Game" set up by the enemy.
In the key visual, I depicted Lupin and his friends living in the present day, where real and unreal intersect, including a new character, Ami.
We have also included a key person in Lupin's monocle.

In addition to the release of the PV, additional scene cuts have also arrived!　The scene cuts include Ami, a genius hacker voiced by Inori Minase, and Yatagarasu, a hot-blooded detective under Zenigata voiced by Nobunaga Shimazaki, as well as a shot of Lupin, Dougo, and Gemon sitting around a pot in a friendly atmosphere. ＜Story
Two years have passed since the previous series aired, which took place in Italy.
Lupin and his friends are back!
Lupin III and Daisuke Dimeji are in France. The drama begins in a room of an apartment in a country town. A dark website, 'Marco Polo', where anything can be bought, even drugs, guns, and other illegal items. In order to steal the digital currency, Lupin and his friends break into a huge server facility that is heavily guarded. There they meet a mysterious genius hacker girl, Ami. Lupin and Ami fight Marco Polo's trap, but the enemy has set up the "Lupin Game" and the whole world is watching them. The mystery of Ami is gradually revealed, and a man who knows the past of Lupin III appears---Lupin finds himself in an unprecedented predicament!
