New information on "Blade of Demons x SL Gunma - Operation Infinity Train" goods, etc. has arrived! Reservations for the collaboration kamameshi have started!

New information about the collaboration event "Demon Slayer x SL Gunma - Operation Infinity Train" with the TV animation "Demon Slayer" has been released, including the collaboration plan to use the train, followed by the sale of SL collaboration goods and new information about the campaign.

The event, which will be held from October 9 (Fri.) to December 31 (Thu.), 2020, will allow visitors to enjoy the world of "Demon Slayer the Movie: Mugen Train Arc," and the JR East Takasaki branch will operate a special "SL Gunma Yokokawa" train on the Shinetsu Main Line with "Mugen Train" specifications. The "SL Gunma YOKOKOKAWA" operated by JR East Takasaki Branch on the Shin-Etsu Main Line will be specially decorated in the "Mugen Train" style.
(Other events are planned as well, and will be announced as soon as they are determined.)

Sales of Original Goods

A variety of original goods will be on sale, featuring newly drawn illustrations and miniature characters only available through the collaboration, dressed in the uniforms of the crew of the "SL Gunma" operated by the Takasaki Branch of JR East.
The goods will be on sale from October 9 (Fri.) to December 31 (Thu.), 2020, at the following stores and locations.

1. Usui Pass Railway Cultural Village
2. OGINOYA Yokogawa store
Stores may be added at a later date.
Some products will also be sold through e-commerce.

Usui Pass Railway Cultural Village Collaboration Event

During the event period, the Usui Pass Railway Cultural Village will be specially designed for "Demon Slayer x SL Gunma - Operation Mugen Train" and the following events are planned.

Original riddle solving
Visitors can enjoy solving riddles scattered throughout the "Usui Touge Railway Cultural Village. Visitors can enjoy the story of becoming an engineer of a special-specification SL while deepening their knowledge of trains.

Photo spots and panel displays
Photo spots and panel displays unique to this collaboration will be set up so that visitors can enjoy taking commemorative photos with Sumijiro and his friends at the event's original photo booth.
In addition, original in-train announcements that are played on regular trains of the Shinetsu Line will be available.

Collaboration Food
A kitchen car selling collaboration food will be available at the Usui Pass Railway Cultural Village for a limited time on the days when the SL is in operation. The collaboration food will be on sale for a limited time on the same day as the SL.

Ogi-ya Toge no Kamameshi Collaboration
The original kamameshi, with special kettle and wrapping paper featuring the image of Sumijiro and his friends, are finally available for reservation. The first batch is "Sumijiro" and "Nezuko".
