Cast Comments

Yoshino Takamori as Nadia
Congratulations on the release of "Nadia of the Secret Garden" Blu-ray BOX STANDARD EDITION. I am Yoshino Takamori, who plays Nadia, and I am very happy that this Blu-ray box set is being released to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the series, and to realize that this work has been loved by so many people throughout the ages. I am also very happy to be able to play the role of Nadia, who is said to be the one and only heroine of the series.

Noriko Hidaka as Jean
Congratulations on the 30th anniversary of "Nadia of the Secret Garden. I am deeply moved to think that so many years have already passed. When I saw the movie for the first time in the recording studio, I was fascinated by the characters who moved vividly on the screen. The character I played, Jean, grows up to be kind, strong, and tough through encounters with various people in the story. The funny, tearful, and cute parts of the story are all fascinating. I hope you will take this opportunity to see it.

Kumiko Takizawa as Grandis
I made my debut in the "Time Bokan" series, and "Grandis" was a role I really wanted to play.
Even after watching it again, it is still an enjoyable anime with a theme.
The recording sessions with the wonderful staff and co-stars were very energetic and enjoyable.
I am "grateful" that many people will be able to watch this animation again in the 30th anniversary Blu-ray box "Nadia of the Mysterious Sea".

Akio Otsuka as Nemo
Congratulations on the 30th anniversary of "Nadia of the Mysterious Sea".
Thirty years have already passed...
It is deeply moving to have the opportunity to revive the work in the present day of 2025 and to be able to touch it again.
Please take a look at this timeless work in your hands.
