It is a voluminous wristwatch with a transforming belt design.

The watch is designed in the shape of the "Neo Decade Rider," and is full of details.
The same rider symbols as on the transformation belt are printed on the wristwatch, and a green transparent part is used at the 9 o'clock position.

When the button on the side of the belt is pressed, a pink LED emits light to remind the rider of his transformation.
In order to keep the belt close to its original shape, it is heavy for a wristwatch. (It is thick).
