Shinji Ishidaira, General Director, and Yasuhiro Watanabe, Director, commented, "The highlight of the film is the battle on a large scale!

Shinji Ishidaira, General Director:
At the end of the first season, we had put in a preview of the second season on our own, and I think we were finally able to see the plot of the story of "EDENS ZERO" at once. Even before the second season started, I knew that it would be more difficult than the first. The highlight of the second season is the battles on a grand scale. Motorcycles will run, drones will fly, and armored vehicles will appear, so I hope people will look forward to it. And, following on from the first season, Takanori Nishikawa will be singing the theme song for the second season as well. I am honestly very happy about this. The song is so cool that I wonder where that passion comes from. I feel like the bar is getting higher and higher for the second season, but there is no doubt that it will be even more interesting than the first season, so please look forward to it.

Director Shirohiro Watanabe:
I participated in the first season as a storyboard artist, but the staff, including director Yushi Suzuki, cinematographer, and character designers, started from zero in terms of visuals and groped their way through the first season. In the latter half of the project, we became more and more proficient, and finally entered the second period. This time around, we are seeing more and more spectacular battles, including fleet battles, and more and more characters are being added to the cast. In this sense, the second season will be more and more powerful. The postrecording is progressing well. The performance of Takuatsu Terashima, who plays the main character Shiki, was also very good, as his performance emphasized the unfounded hot-bloodedness of the character. I also have the impression that Mikako Komatsu, who plays Rebecca, is raising the level of her performance. In the second season, the episodes will be centered around Rebecca, so I think it will have an even wider range. For now, I just want people to see the show. We are also putting a lot of effort into the visuals. I am confident that if we can continue like this to the end, it will be quite good.

I am sure that it will be very good if we can keep going to the end.
