ANIMAX MUSIX 2019 KOBE supported by SKY PerfecTV! Official report has arrived!

Animax, the animation channel operated by Animax Broadcast Japan Inc. held the anime music festival "ANIMAX MUSIX 2019 KOBE supported by SKY PerfecTV! was held at Kobe World Memorial Hall.

ANIMAX MUSIX is a live anime music event held annually since 2009 by Animax Broadcast Japan Inc.

This year's event was the first Kansai 2-day event, and the venue was heated up by the splendid collaborations of Aino Nanjo and Minori Chihara, Yui Ogura and KOTOKO, Natsuori Ishihara and Minori Suzuki, MITH & ROID and Roselia, and many others. A total of 18 groups presented hot stages again this year. The official report of the event has just arrived, and we would like to share it with you.

ANIMAX MUSIX" Kobe, the first 2-day event in the Kansai region
Aino Nanjo, the top batter of Day 1, sang "Dusk Starlight", the ED of TV anime "Grisaia no Rakuen 'Caprice no Mayu' Hen", "Sayonara no Wakusei", the ED of TV anime "Grisaia: Phantom Trigger the Animation", and a new song "Shinsekai" in a full atmosphere, which filled the venue with excitement. The audience was then enveloped by the popular "FAN SELECTION", a program in which requests from the fans of ANIMAX MUSIX are made into reality, and the first time performers RAISE A SUILEN performed "Gekido", the OP of the TV anime "D.Gray-man", and Mai Fuchigami performed "Hello,shooting", the ED of the TV anime "Assassination Classroom" in which she played the lead role, and the second time performers "Kikkoman", the ED of the TV anime "D.Gray-man". Mai Fuchigami performed "Hello,shooting-star", the ED of TV anime "Assassination Classroom" in which she starred.

In addition, they performed the OP "SHOOT!" of the TV anime "Low Kyu Bu! The audience's voltage was at its highest during this rare stage performance, which was only possible at ANIMAX MUSIX!

In the "BRAND-NEW ARTIST SELECTION," a corner introducing new artists recommended by ANIMAX MUSIX, Akari Kito, who just made her debut as an artist in October, made a surprise appearance. The following corner featured a TV anime based on the Weekly Shonen Magazine, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year! The audience heated up toward the climax when Aino Nanjo covered the ED "Kazemachi Jet" of the TV anime "Tsubasa Chronicle" and TRUE x Machico covered the ED "7-seven-" of the TV anime "Seven Deadly Sins".

KOTOKO, the last performer of Day 1, commemorated the 15th anniversary of her major label debut this year by performing a medley of hit songs from her career and more. In the last session, all the performers sang "Scramble," the OP of the TV anime "School Rumble" based on the Weekly Shonen Magazine's original story, and the 3.5-hour-long stage passed the baton to the second day.


On Day 2, the excitement of the first day had not yet cooled down as Roselia, who were performing at ANIMAX MUSIX for the first time and performing in Kansai for the first time, sang "FIRE BIRD", an insert song for the TV anime "BanG Dream! R" and "Black Shout", and the audience went into a frenzy!

In the first project corner "Robot Anime Selection", MYTH&ROID×Roselia performed "Shangri-La", OP of TV anime "Soukyu no Fafner", Natsuori Ishihara×Minori Chihara performed "sakura", OP of TV anime "Symphonic Poems Eureka seveN" and PENGUIN RESEARCH performed "COLORS", OP of TV anime "Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion".

In addition, in the fan-participation project "FAN SELECTION," the ED of TV anime "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" "Stop Marre! Minori Chihara, who played Yuki Nagato in the TV anime "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya", sang the ED "STOP Mare! OP "Colorful Story", the voltage of the venue was at its highest.

In the midst of all this, Aina Aiba, who boasts of her high singing ability as a vocalist of Roselia and released her "0th" single this month, appeared on stage for Day 2's <BRAND-NEW ARTIST SELECTION>. She is the vocalist of Roselia and released her "0th" single this month! Vanguard Shin'emon Arc" OP "Lead the way" and other two songs were sung with full presence.

Then, in Day 2 [Weekly Shonen Magazine 60th Anniversary SELECTION], Miki Ito sang "Sign", the ED of TV anime "The Bride of the Fifth Class", and Natsuori Ishihara and Minori Suzuki performed "Happy☆Material", the OP of TV anime "Magic Teacher Negima! Natsuori Ishihara and Minori Suzuki performed "Happy☆Material", and Minori Chihara sang four songs including "TERMINATED" and "Paradise Lost" as the last performer of Day 2. Finally, all the performers sang "Scramble," the OP of the TV anime "School Rumble," as in Day 1, and the first Kansai 2-Days concert ended with a great success.
